Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Lashes in Style, every lash extension appointment is a personalised treatment requiring significant time and preparation from our artists — typically over one hour per client. In order to maintain the high quality of service and ensure fairness to all clients, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
We fully understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and will always do our best to accommodate changes when possible. However, late cancellations and missed appointments directly affect our schedule and prevent other clients from booking available slots.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee based on the total service cost.
- The same fee will apply in the event of a no-show.
Please note that clients are welcome to book infills or new sets regardless of whether their previous lashes were done at our studio or elsewhere, provided that the condition of existing extensions allows for safe application.
We kindly ask all clients to treat our artists and team members with respect and professionalism. Any form of abusive, threatening or manipulative behaviour towards staff will result in immediate termination of services and refusal of future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — these measures help us ensure an efficient, fair and respectful environment for both our clients and our team.
